What does not change
You get the same free engineer-led inspection, the same photographs and written assessment, and the same price as any homeowner, less the $500. The recommendation does not change either, including being told you do not need a roof yet.
Insurance claims
The discount is not available on jobs paid by an insurance claim. If your replacement is an insurance job, our insurance guide explains how that process works.
