By accessing or using atriumroofing.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to your use of the Site itself; roofing work we perform for you is governed by your signed written agreement with us.

This Site exists to explain roofing to homeowners. Everything on it — including cost ranges, material comparisons, insurance explanations, and guidance about Texas law — is general information. It is not a binding offer, not a quote, and not legal or insurance advice.

Any actual work is governed exclusively by a separate signed written proposal or contract between you and Atrium Roofing. Where that document and this Site differ, the signed document controls.

We offer free inspections and written estimates. Scheduling one does not obligate you to hire us and does not obligate us to perform work.

Pricing figures published on the Site are general ranges intended to help you calibrate what you are being quoted elsewhere. They are not binding quotes. A binding price comes only from a written proposal prepared for your specific property after an inspection.

By submitting a form on the Site or calling us, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time. Submitting a request does not create a contract or obligate either party to anything until a written agreement is signed by both.

The content on this Site — text, photographs of our projects, diagrams, guides, and the Atrium Roofing name and logo — is owned by Atrium Roofing or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Republishing our written content, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission is not permitted.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but building codes, insurance practices, material availability, and pricing all change, and we do not warrant that everything here is complete, current, or applicable to your property.

Warranties on actual roofing work are governed exclusively by the written warranty terms in your signed contract and by the applicable manufacturer warranty — not by anything published on this Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Atrium Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, or from reliance on information published here. This limitation applies to the Site only and does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed contract for work performed on your property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
