Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on this site or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your roof or the problem you are describing. We collect this so we can respond to you and, if you ask us to, schedule an inspection.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you move through the site. This is collected through analytics tools, including Google Analytics.

Advertising and measurement cookies. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand which pages are useful and whether our advertising reaches people who are actually looking for roofing help. These tools set cookies. They stay off until you accept them — see Cookies & Consent below.

Phone calls. Calls to (210) 807-6767 may be answered by an AI-assisted receptionist, and calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance and training. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will note it.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule inspections, repairs, or replacements.
• Prepare written condition reports, scopes of work, and proposals.
• Communicate about scheduling, materials, permits, and project status.
• Handle warranty questions and service requests after work is complete.
• Measure which pages and advertisements are useful, in aggregate.
• Meet legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

We group cookies into three categories:

• Necessary — always on. These make the site function: page routing, form submission, and remembering your cookie choice.
• Analytics — off until you accept. Used to understand which pages people read and where they get stuck.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate — CRM and scheduling software, AI-assisted call handling, website hosting and analytics, and payment processing. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Your insurance company — only when you ask us in writing to send them the damage report we prepared for your property. We do not contact your carrier on your behalf otherwise, and Texas law does not permit a roofing contractor to act as a public insurance adjuster on a property it is contracted to repair.
• Government authorities when we are legally required to disclose, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or permit or code enforcement request.

We keep project records — inspection photos, scopes, contracts, and warranty documentation — for as long as the warranty period and our legal and tax obligations require, because you may need them years later. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a shorter period and then removed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain.
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of email using the unsubscribe link.
• Change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the footer link.
• Ask us not to record your phone calls.
