Atrium holds TAMKO Pro Platinum
One tier below TAMKO's top standing, and TAMKO is our newest manufacturer relationship.
The TAMKO Edge runs in four tiers — Team TAMKO, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Atrium holds Platinum. It carries the usual training, insurance, and reviewable-installation requirements, and we'll say the other half plainly: we don't hold Diamond, so we can't offer TAMKO's top-tier DiamondShield warranty. TAMKO makes more than these three. These are the ones behind our LEGACY™ system and the products we're building experience with.
TAMKO's hail-focused shingle and the one specified on our LEGACY™ system. Built with ImpactCore technology and marketed by TAMKO as "Built for Hail." "Beyond Class 4" is TAMKO's own marketing language for this engineering approach, not an official UL classification — UL 2218 does not currently test above Class 4. HailGuard is UL 2218 Class 4 impact-rated.

A polymer-modified shingle engineered for flexibility under impact, freezing temperatures, high wind, and rain, finished with TAMKO's America's Natural Colors® granule blending. StormFighter FLEX is available in both Class 3 and Class 4 UL 2218 impact ratings depending on the specific product ordered.

The manufacturer's warranty first. Ours underneath it.
A manufacturer-backed system warranty ranks above any contractor's own warranty for one reason: it survives the contractor. If a roofing company closes, changes hands, or simply stops answering the phone, a warranty backed by Owens Corning or GAF is still honored. A contractor's warranty is only worth as much as the contractor still being in business, and that is as true of ours as it is of anyone's.
HailGuard, Titan XT, and StormFighter FLEX installs
All three are eligible for the TAMKO MasterShield Enhanced Limited Warranty, available at TAMKO Pro Platinum standing, available because Atrium holds TAMKO Pro Platinum. We do not offer TAMKO DiamondShield — that requires TAMKO Pro Diamond certification, a tier above ours. Unlike some other manufacturers, TAMKO's enhanced warranty eligibility is gated by the specific shingle line, which is why we name the eligible products directly rather than stating a blanket TAMKO warranty. Atrium's workmanship layer
Atrium backs every roof replacement with a written 10-year workmanship warranty. It is non-prorated, so coverage in year ten is identical to year one, and it is fully transferable to the next owner. If a covered installation defect appears, we cover the labor and the materials to correct it.
The warranty covers the roof replacement we performed. It is our installation of your new roof system that carries the ten years.
It covers our installation, and that is all it covers. It is not insurance and it does nothing for hail, wind, or anything else an insurance claim would handle. The manufacturer's warranty on the shingles themselves is a separate document.
Whichever warranty applies to your system is registered in your name and delivered as part of the Power Package — the five documents every Atrium customer receives at closeout.
